Fitness programs do not have to be complex. They don’t necessarily have to rely on fancy equipment or rigorous routines. You will value your health more when you view things from a different perspective.
Here are just a few of the things we focus on in our approach to fitness.
EXERCISE
Learn the proper exercises that correspond to your body type and your unique muscle structure. There are many types of exercises that can be done with or without the use of exercise equipment. We will design a program based on what you love to do so that you are in more control of your own health. You will learn to identify your body’s needs and to rely on yourself for the results you seek.
NUTRITION
“You are what you absorb”. Proper digestion of nutrients will help you to achieve your goals. Learn the diet that is right for your type and how to get the best from your foods. Vegetarian and vegan lifestyles, and cultural influences are taken into consideration if you choose to have us design a meal plan. You will also receive tips on healthier food shopping.
MOTIVATION
Intent is very important - you should be emotionally sound and in the right ‘mood’. Affirmations and other techniques can help with your training goals. You will learn to identify any obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your fitness goals and discover ways to inspire yourself to stick with any exercise program.
Here are some of the things to expect during your session(s)…
A baseline assessment will be conducted to assess your level of physical fitness. An iris and/or sclera analysis may be performed to assess the body’s health state. Your exercises are done with simple fitness equipment – resistance bands, stability balls, - or even your own resistance. There is no real need to count sets and repetitions - counting adds limitations. Your muscles know their level of exertion.
Your goals and lifestyle will be taken into consideration. Additional questionnaires can determine your nutritional deficiencies and a whole-foods nutrition and cleansing program may be suggested.
